When are crosses put on sale?
I discount my crosses by $2.00 when I post them as a "SALE ITEM". I generally put a cross on sale if it is still in inventory by the next season.
EXAMPLE:
Crosses made in the spring and still available for sale I discount in mid to late summer.
I also put crosses on sale following certain holidays or celebrations,
Easter, Christmas, etc.Can a name be added to a memorial cross?
Just email me at floralmemorials@yahoo.com and I can help you personalize your memorial cross with the name of your loved one.
What material do you use to add a name?
I use craft foam, wood, vinyl, and appliqué letters . I paint the letters to compliment the colors of the cross and then clear glaze them before attaching them. The name is applied vertically on the front of the cross.
Can I get a discount for ordering more than one cross?
I have sales from time to time so check back. My memorials are so reasonably priced and are very high quality. I think you will be pleased for what you paid.
Why do you only ship USPS?
Since Floralmemorials offers free shipping I prefer to get the most for my dollar and USPS offers the best delivery service at the lowest cost. Tracking numbers are given for all shipments.
Can I return a cross?
Yes , but the price of postage to return will be the buyers responsibility.
What if never receive my cross?
Tracking numbers are used for all cross delivery and can be tracked as to delivery times and methods.
Can a cross be delivered to a cemetery?
Yes, but you will need to make arrangements for delivery with the cemetery.
Why are the tips not painted throughly?
FloralMemorials are painted one color, however, I lightly paint the tip as to not pollute the grave soil.
